You can open the dialog window Add/Remove Columns by clicking on Add/Remove Columns. Use this dialog window to designate the columns to be displayed in the data list.
The column format (such as column width and alignment) and appearance (font, color, and frames) can be adapted individually. If multiple list entries have been selected, the appearance adaptations are applied to all marked columns.
